Purpose: All of the MSLs had a varying degree of expertise with the content and a diverse background. The Online University created common denominator of knowledge prior to live training. Complicated content was presented by the leading industry expert on a recorded online platform for multiple and consistent viewing options.

Purpose: Create an interactive and real world training agenda that presented opportunities for the MSLs to engage the leading content experts and learn new content with and from their peers: all presentations were limited to 30 minutes, learning activities were intertwined within the mini-lectures to pull through new content, daily themes were utilized to engage the learner, accelerated learning techniques were incorporated for highest information retention
